This website has no accounts and no advertising cookies.

We count visits on our own web server. For each page we note which page it was, the name of the website that sent you (for example google.com), whether you are on a computer, phone or tablet and, if your browser reports it, how long the page was open, how far down you scrolled and where on the page you clicked.

We do not use cookies for this, we do not store your IP address or browser details, and we do not follow you to other websites. To count each visitor once a day, we use a scrambled code that is replaced every day and cannot be traced back to you. We keep visit counts for 13 months and click positions for 90 days.

The introduction and studio brief forms do not send or store anything. They prepare a message in your own email app, and nothing leaves your device until you choose to send it.

Your browser remembers a few small settings for this site, such as whether the soundtrack is playing. They stay on your device.

If you email us or book an introductory call, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business name and notes about your business.

Calls are booked through Google Calendar, so Google also processes those booking details under its own privacy policy. We use what you share only to reply, schedule and prepare for our conversation.

• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on this site and receives your browser’s IP address to do so.
• Google Workspace handles our email and calendar.
• Fly.io hosts this website on servers in the United States. Like any web host, it receives your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site, and may keep short-lived technical logs.
• Cloudflare runs our domain name records (DNS), which point your browser to our server. It does not see the pages you view.

We do not sell or rent your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Information shared during a paid engagement is handled under your Client Services Agreement and the data-handling terms agreed before any build, not under this page.

We keep inquiry emails and booking details for as long as we need them to respond and for ordinary business records, then delete them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing solutions@legacysterling.com. We will reply within 30 days.

This website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
