YOUR INTRODUCTION IS READY
A thoughtful first step.
Review your message below. Open it in your email app, then send when you’re ready. Preparing a draft does not book a session.

ROOM FOR PERSPECTIVE
Start with today.
Keep the horizon in view.
Your next step does not need to solve everything. A Vision Session connects one meaningful operational priority to the direction you want your business to take.
THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
A little clarity.
Before the first call.
Start with the questions that matter. We’ll work through the specifics of your business together.
What is an AI operating system?
Legacy Sterling uses AIOS to describe a connected operating framework for your business: your existing tools, documented processes, department responsibilities, and AI-assisted workflows working together. It is tailored to your business, with human checkpoints and a phased implementation. It does not replace the operating system on your computers.
What is a Vision Session?
A paid discovery engagement focused on an operational bottleneck, the people involved, and the tools behind it. The fee and scope are confirmed before booking. If you proceed with a build, the session fee is credited toward it.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
The starting point is the software your team already uses. We assess access, integration support, and fit during discovery. Any proposed new tool, subscription, or limitation is discussed as part of the scope.
What does the build include?
The agreed workflow, defined review points, testing against the scoped scenarios, team walkthroughs, and written runbooks. Specific integrations, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and ongoing support are set out before implementation.
Who owns the system and the accounts?
The approach uses client-owned accounts and provides workflow documentation to your team. Third-party software remains subject to its own licensing and subscription terms. Ownership, access, and handoff details are confirmed in the engagement agreement.
How are sensitive information and AI handled?
Discovery identifies what information the workflow needs, where it moves, which providers receive it, and who approves exceptions. Access and data-handling requirements are agreed before a build. Please leave passwords, account numbers, and confidential client records out of an initial inquiry.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Timing and investment depend on the workflow, integrations, access requirements, and review needs. You receive a defined scope and proposal before a build begins. Ongoing optimization is offered as a separate monthly engagement.
